XnE Inc. is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development of precious and semi-precious  mineral properties. XnE is a publicly traded company on the OTC Pink under the symbol XNEZ. XnE is incorporated under the laws of State of Nevada since March 24, 1998, and is currently headquartered in California. The Company intends to have an emerging presence in Canada. We are currently focused in acquiring and developing properties in the Slocan Mining District area in British Columbia, Canada.

The area know as “Silvery Slocan” first discovered sometime around 1891 on Payne Mountain just to the north of Sandon, British Columbia. The first discovery later called “Silversmith Mine” produced more than $300,000,000 in Siver-Lead-Zinc-Gold-Cadmium at today’s prices. Since that time well over $35 billion dollars worth of Ore have been produced from the Sandon area mines. This exceeds the value of the three major gold rushes-California, the Cariboo and the Klondike-combined.
