What is the Company’s strategy going forward?

The Company is committed to growing its potential production rate by implementing an acquisition strategy that is based on a positive outlook in the precious metal sector and finding opportunistic deals with property owners to deliver consistent returns to its shareholders.

We plan to reduce our operational and financial risk by:

  • acquiring precious metals properties in proven areas
  • enhancing production growth
  • providing pure upside to increases in the price of silver with 100% unhedged production
  • limiting fixed operating costs
  • managing on going capital expenditures beyond initial upfront payment to the property owners
